Salema:
Located in the Western Algarve, between Sagres and Lagos, Salema is the hidden gem of the Algarve. With Crystal blue waters, and golden Sandy beaches the town is popular with families and couples alike.
Although smaller than its more famous counterparts, 'The Times' rates Salema as having the best beach in the Algarve. Surrounded by national park there are rugged costal walks to explore.
There are a good variety of restaurants, many of them with sea views, serving a good selection of local as well as international cuisine.
